777mm Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1  Access to and use of the 777mm platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active 777mm Account.
• You are accessing the 777mm platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 777mm or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are registering and using the platform voluntarily, of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the 777mm platform for any reason.

2.2  By completing the 777mm registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you meet all eligibility criteria stated above. 777mm reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.

2.3  777mm strictly prohibits registration by or on behalf of any individual under the age of 21. Where 777mm has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered User is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. All funds deposited to an account found to be held by a minor will be returned to the original payment source, minus any amounts wagered prior to detection.

3.1  One Account Policy. Each individual User is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) 777mm Account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — detected through matching identification data, payment methods, device fingerprints, IP address patterns, or any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balance held therein forfeited.

3.2  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777mm login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted on your 777mm Account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether it was in fact conducted by you personally.

3.3  Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you become aware or have reasonable grounds to suspect that your 777mm Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777mm customer support immediately via the contact details set out in Section 15 of these Terms. 777mm is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where timely notification was not provided.

3.4  Account Information Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your 777mm Account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, address, or payment methods must be notified to 777mm support and may require submission of updated Verification Documents.

3.5  Know Your Customer (KYC). 777mm is required, in compliance with its licensing obligations, to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and where relevant, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time will result in withdrawal processing being suspended.

4.1  Accepted Payment Methods. 777mm currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, and Meezan Bank Transfer. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777mm does not accept deposits from payment sources registered in the name of a third party.

4.2  Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit to a 777mm Account is PKR 200. 777mm reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time upon reasonable notice published on the platform.

4.3  Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the 777mm Account balance within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in the account balance, subject to the processing timelines of the sending financial institution.

4.4  Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals from the 777mm Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.5.
• Wagering of any bonus funds in accordance with applicable bonus terms before the bonus-derived portion of the balance becomes withdrawable.
• Withdrawal must be made to the same payment method and account used for the originating deposit, subject to applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum withdrawal amount of PKR 500 per transaction.

4.5  Withdrawal Processing Times. Approved withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. 777mm reserves the right to perform additional security verification before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

5.1  777mm offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the applicable offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2  Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a 777mm Account are subject to wagering requirements. Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any portion of the balance attributable to the bonus may be withdrawn. The minimum odds or game categories applicable to wagering requirements are specified in the individual bonus terms.

5.3  Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new 777mm registrants on their first deposit only. Existing account holders are not eligible for first-deposit welcome bonuses. Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts, or exploiting bonus structures through coordinated play, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4  Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, credited bonuses expire 30 days after the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from expired bonuses will be removed from the account balance without notice.

5.5  777mm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated in the applicable promotion terms.

6.1  All games available on the 777mm platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail in relation to the conduct of that game, and these Terms will prevail in relation to account management, payments, and general platform use.

6.2  All casino game outcomes on the 777mm platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited for fairness and statistical randomness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in certified studio environments.

6.3  777mm reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, network error, or data transmission failure has resulted in an incorrect or incomplete outcome being recorded. In such circumstances, the stakes wagered in the affected round will be returned to the account balance.

6.4  Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the 777mm platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may be modified at any time. VIP Account holders may be eligible for elevated bet limits subject to the VIP Programme terms.

7.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777mm platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Registration or use of the platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Creation or use of more than one 777mm Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other automated tool to interact with the 777mm platform.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional programmes.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including use of stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting obligations, or any other activity in breach of applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed toward 777mm staff or other platform users.
• Any conduct that violates applicable law in the jurisdiction from which you access the 777mm platform.

8.1  All content appearing on the 777mm platform — including but not limited to the 777mm name and logo, game graphics, user interface design, software code, text content, promotional materials, and all other creative works — is the proprietary intellectual property of 777mm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

8.2  Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777mm platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, commercial exploitation, or any other use of 777mm's intellectual property without prior written consent.

8.3  Unauthorised reproduction or use of 777mm's intellectual property — including screen capture, redistribution of game content, or creation of derivative works — may result in legal action.

9.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777mm, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the 777mm platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; loss of business opportunities; or losses attributable to technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

9.2  777mm's total aggregate liability to any individual User, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3  777mm does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance where practicable. Unplanned outages will be resolved as promptly as technically feasible.

9.4  Nothing in these Terms limits 777mm's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.

10.1  777mm reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 777mm has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The User has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The User fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the 777mm platform, other Users, or 777mm's regulatory compliance obligations.
• The User requests closure of their own account.

10.2  Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited at 777mm's discretion. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to User breach — including voluntary closure — the verified account balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable period following completion of KYC verification.

10.3  Users may voluntarily close their 777mm Account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion and cooling-off options are also available as described in Section 12.

11.1  777mm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 777mm platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

11.2  777mm may share personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial intelligence units as required by applicable law and its licensing obligations, including in connection with anti-money laundering reporting requirements.

11.3  777mm uses industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

12.1  777mm is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gaming on the 777mm platform is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity for adults. It must not be used as a means to address financial difficulties, as a primary source of income, or in a manner that causes harm to the User or their family.

12.2  Age Restriction. The 777mm platform is available exclusively to individuals aged 21 and above. 21+ 777mm employs age verification procedures to enforce this restriction and may request identity documents from any User at any time.

12.3  Available Tools. 777mm provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time through your account settings without requirement for customer support intervention:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits — Set limits on the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive automated notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend access to gaming for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from the 777mm platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected.

13.1  777mm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 777mm will publish a notice on the platform and update the "Effective Date" header at the top of this document at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

13.2  Your continued use of the 777mm platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.

13.3  777mm recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at 777mm.bid/terms-conditions.

14.1  These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777mm holds its international gaming authorisation.

14.2  Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a User and 777mm, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Users should contact 777mm customer support in the first instance. 777mm will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within five (5) business days.

14.3  Regulatory Escalation. If informal resolution is not achieved to the User's satisfaction, the User may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction 777mm operates. The identity of the relevant regulatory authority is available upon request from 777mm customer support.

14.4  Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent immediate irreparable harm.
